Where does Escapade Beauty ship?
We currently ship anywhere in the U.S.—yes, that includes Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping isn’t available just yet, but stay tuned.
How much does shipping cost?
We keep it simple with flat-rate shipping across the U.S.:
- Ground Shipping (5–10 business days): $5

Expedited Shipping (2–4 business days): $20
Heads up: orders to Alaska and Hawaii have an additional shipping fee.
When will I receive my order?
Standard orders usually arrive within 5–10 business days.
Need it faster? We got you—just select Expedited Shipping at checkout to get it in 2–4 business days.
Can I change my shipping address?
If you made a typo or need to reroute your order, email us ASAP at hello@escapadebeauty.com. We'll do everything we can to fix it before your order heads out.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We’ll do our best! Send us a message at hello@escapadebeauty.com right after placing your order. While we can’t guarantee changes once it’s processed, our team will do everything possible to help.
Customer service hours are Monday–Friday, 9AM to 5PM PT.
How can I check the status of my order?
As soon as your order ships, we’ll hit your inbox with a shipping confirmation, complete with your tracking number and a direct link so you can follow your Escapade every step of the way.
What’s your return policy?
Changed your mind? No worries. Unopened and unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Just reach out to hello@escapadebeauty.com to get started.
